Accounts are required to summarise the business's financial activities which may be prepared monthly, quarterly or annually depending on your circumstances.

Annual accounts will normally be required for all of our sole trader clients, partnerships, limited companies and limited liability partnerships.

We also prepare accounts for trade associations, charities and solicitors.

Some of these are ‘statutory accounts’ meaning that they are required by law. For example, accounts prepared for limited companies and limited liability partnerships must be filed at Companies House on an annual basis.
